MAO Digital School Refund Policy

At MAO Digital School, we strive to provide an excellent learning experience for our users. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise and, therefore, we have established the following Refund Policy for courses purchased through our digital course sales platform:

1. Refund Request:
a. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the course.
b. The refund request must be submitted in writing to our support team or through the designated contact option on our website.

2. Conditions to be eligible for a refund:
a. The course must not have been completed in its entirety. No refunds will be granted for courses that have been completed or for which certificates have been issued.
b. The course content must not have been downloaded or copied in whole or in part. Refunds will not be granted if the course content has been accessed or used in any significant way.
c. Refunds will only be granted for individual course purchases. If the course was purchased as part of a bundle or promotion, the refund will apply only to the cost of the individual course.

3. Refund Process:
a. Once we receive your refund request and it is determined that you meet the above conditions, we will process your request.
b. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exceptions:
a. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
b. If a course has been purchased through a third party, such as a content distribution platform, you may be required to follow that third party’s refund policies.
